Day 1 Arrive
On arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, you will be welcomed by your guide who will drive you to your hotel/lodge. On the way, you will notice the famous “Hakuna Matata” atmosphere. This is Africa, no worries, no rush. Slow down and your Tanzanian adventure is just beginning. Check in your lodge and relax.

Day 2 Arusha
You are to spend this day at leisure in Arusha. You can visit a Masai market, taste the local Swahili dishes, exchange money, or just relax at your hotel. There is also an option of visiting Arusha National park for a walking safari and game drive. This would be a half day activity and then enjoy the rest of the time by your selves.

Day 3 Tarangire National Park
Known for large herds of elephants and baobab trees, Tarangire is a gem. It is home to the African big 5. The Tarangire river runs through the park and is the only permanent water source here. Spend a full day on game drive in search for elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffalos, elands and so much more.

Day 4 Mto Wambu
It is time to immerse your self into the local culture. We are to spend the day in the legendary Mto Wa mbu village. Around 120 tribes live in this village. There is no better way of getting a taste of the culture than engaging in any of the optional activities in this village.
Enjoy a village tour which involves trying a banana beer, visiting a traditional home, enjoying a locally prepared lunch, and learning about the Makonde carving.
You may also do a farm visit to know about what the locals grow and how they do it.
Visit a Masai boma, learn about their culture and as well as interact with the tribal members.
Its sometimes possible to visit a Masai market, mainly on Thursdays or 22nd of every month.
Do a guided bike tour of the village, hike the Balaa Hill to have a good view of the Rift valley wall. It is also possible to visit the Miwaleni Lake and water falls, take a swim and also see the the ancient baobab trees.

Day 5 Travel to Serengeti
Start your day early for breakfast and then travel to Serengeti National Park.
On the way, you have an option to visit the Olduvai Gorge, This is where the remains of early man were discovered by Dr. Leaky. Continue to Serengeti and have a game drive before checking in your lodge.

Day 6 & 7 Serengeti
The “Serengeti” is a Masai word which means endless plains. You will notice that the park is vast and flat, only intercepted by occasional kopjes. Arrive around mid day and enjoy an afternoon game drive. The next day will be dedicated to unlimited game drives in the Seronera. This is the heart of the Serengeti. With about 4000 lions, 1000 leopards, 225 cheetahs, 3500 hyenas, hundreds of hunting dogs, the Serengeti is really action packed. Other animals to see include wildebeest, elephants, hippos, giraffes, buffalos etc.

Day 8 Ngorongoro Crater
Today, we are to do the Ngorongoro crater drive. The world’s largest intact volcano is home to many plant and animal species. It is home to elephant, lions, buffalos, rhinos, cheetahs, leopards, elands, hyenas, several birds etc. To some, it is the last garden of Eden. This you have to see for your self, thousands of animals, impressive views and the feeling of being here is different.

Day 9 Fly to Zanzibar
